Queen Of Hearts Costume

  • Completed Project: Queen Of Hearts Costume Picture #1

My Halloween costume

I made the collar, fan, and hairclip all out of cards. I got the dress and matching gloves at the thrift store and added gold sequins to the top of the dress and gloves.

That is an amazing costume, it was such a good idea using cards for a collar.

Thanks everyone! In reply to Mi.ezekatze, I just hot glued and stapled the cards fanning out and then made sure that the space was big enough to fit around my neck/shoulders. I didn't really attach it to the dress, but since I will be wearing this for Halloween, it will be cold out and I'll probably wear a cape with it and I'll attach it to the cape. Otherwise, I'll use Hollywood Tape (double-sided tape used for sticking clothes to your body) and stick it to my skin.
