I got given a pair of pvc shorts... shorts! I know. So i cut the legs off and added lotsa tulle. It's funny coz when i sit down for a while, then stand up, the tulle stays up and you can see my butt!

Hurrah!

I put this pretty lace ribbon the inside so the seam where the tulle joined the pvc didn't scratch my littl bare legs.
