1. 

   

   first, you'll start off with 8 eyepins (4 for each earring).
   
   slide your bead to the bottom and cut off just enough with your wire snips, so that you can make both sides eyes.
   
   you'll make eight of these.

2. 

   

   you could go ahead and attach one double-eye pinned bead with your jumpring to the ear wire (for both).

   after that is done, with one side of the double-eye pin hanging down, you're doing to attach the other three double-eye pinned beads onto one jumpring.
   
   it should look something similar to this.

4. 

   

   now, you're ready to make your last nine pieces.
   
   you'll need nine regular sized beads and nine spacer beads for each earring.
   
   for this one, you're using head pins, no more double-dudes. you'll slide the spacer on first and then the bead and cut off just enough, so that you still have room to make your eye.
   
   all eighteen should look like this.

5. 

   

   then attach three of the 18 of the headpinned ones to the three hanging down to the earring (do this for both)
   
   it should look like this for all six.

6. 

   

   and waaaahhlllaaa!
