I took an 0ld I <3 dc shirt that i got on an 8th grade dc trip, and decked it out with ruffles, and a plaid heart to cover the ugly, boring red one!

i did the pleats by slightly folding the plaid over and over again..um hard to explain but lol it took alot of fabric lol
