You Will Need

Step 1
So, my leggings were toooooo long, so I cut the bottoms of them, You dont have to, but trust me I did.
So besides That, step one is:
Cut the seam of the leggings as far up as you want them. Then Slice holes on each side so the ribbon can lace up.

Step 2
Then take a razor and slice the leggings to your liking.

Step 3
My leggings werent tight enough so I had to sew the opposite side of the ribbon...AND THATS IT!!!!
