1. 

   

   Buy an orange turtleneck. I got mine from K-mart or you can make one yourself, or just use any old orange shirt.
   
   the one in the picture is the exact one i used
   
   Then fit the shirt because it's probable a little boxy.

2. 

   

   Take the neck and cut it in zigzags like so.




3. 

   

   To make the tutu, you can either just sew it as a skirt or use a very simple tutorial by ambrosialove here:

   If you want the ribbon all you have to do is sew the top of the tutu to the ribbon. simple! :)

   Then make a simple skirt with an elastic waistband that you can also learn to do on cut out and keep.

   You just need the underskirt to hide your undies because tutus are often see-through




5. 

   

   Now for the hat. Take a big bowl about the size of your head and cut big leaves out of felt. For the stem you can just roll the felt into a tube.
   
   Put the leaves over the bowl and hot glue them together. Glue the stem on top and then put it through a doughnut shaped piece of felt to make sure it stays.

6. 

   

   Wear some orange tights and shoes and have fun! I used green eyeshadow and clipped the hat to my head with a hairclip. Enjoy!!!!!
