I had some left over pumpkin from my pumpkin raviolis and wasn't sure what to do with it. My Vegan sister suggested a smoothie
Toss ingredients into blender. I suggest the milk first. Then the yogurt.
Depending on how well your blender blends, cut up the frozen banana (I would recommend pealing it before freezing it.)
Add a good size glob of pumpkin and Blend! Add more milk if it's too thick.
If you want it a little sweeter, add in a little honey, or brown sugar.
