You have to try this recipe if you like pumpkin!
I modified my old recipe because I had my wisdom teeth removed and I couldn't eat whole nuts. Little did I know I made it even better by grinding the nuts up! Hope you enjoy it! ;)

*note - you can also use spelt flour, it gives the bread a rich darker color and texture.

Alrighty the last step: pour mixture into a greased loaf pan, sprinkle the top with the tablespoon of sugar, and pop it in the oven for 50 - 60 minutes or until you can pull a knife out of it clean.

*note - the measurements for the loaf pan are 9x5x3

    Hope you enjoy it! ;)

I'd really like to make this but some of your ingredients don't have portions. I'd just guess but I'm not a great baker...Happy
