I took a blue tshirt and gave it puffy sleeves then stenciled a unicorn on it with fabric paint. I used white+glow in the dark paint on the body and neon paint on the rest. There are pieces of the cardboard stencil still stuck that I can't pick off.... but I'm hoping they come off in the wash. Theres also a couple paint spills but they aren't all that noticable.
