-Buy the white cake mix at the store.
-Make it.
-Put a little in a bowl, color it purple.
-pour it in the cupcake holders.
-Continue to do that with each color, layering them in order.
-bake and cool.
-Frost them.
How simple is that?!? :)

I make these all the time, everyone loves them! The only difference id I make the mix from scratch and I use the neon food colours. So much fun :)
