Jazz up a boring pair of shoes.
I have seen a tutorial of this type of thing before, so thought it was about time to have a go myself!

  • Step 1

Place all the items on a few sheets of newspaper so you don't get glue or ink on your floor.

  • Step 2

I can't get hold of any Mod Podge (everyone int he craft world seems ot be obsessed with it), so I mixed one part PVA with one part water. I used about 2tbsp of both.

  • Step 3

Begin ripping up pretty phrases or images from old magazines and paste onto the shoe. Ensure all areas are covered. You will probably need to paste the glue on quite thickly so it sticks to the curves of the shoe.

  • Step 4

Leave to dry for half an hour, and repaste with glue. I think two extra coats should be enough.

  • Step 5

Voila! Previously boring shoes turned jazzy! And even better, nobody will have the exact same pair of shoes.
