Step 1Cut the fabric
Prepare the necessary materials as it is shown below. Cut out 30cm stripe fabric and its stiff lining; stick the fabric on its lining. Turn over the stripe fabric down; glue a piece of gauze on the other side of the lining with hot melt gun. -
Step 2Fold the fabric
Fold the two sides to the middle line. Again fold the two ends to the middle line; use iron machine to flatten the shape. Cut out the other piece of 25cm stripe fabric; its stiff lining and gauze; do the same as the first one; flatten and stick on the first folded piece.Pretty hair clips out of fabric

Step 3Cut out another 15cm stripe fabric; its stiff lining and gauze; flatten and stick it to bind the two layers as below. Stick a decoration in your like (here is a pearl star) at the right below of the first layer. Add a hair clip at the back and stick.
