"Potion" Halloween Cocktail

A brighly coloured, fizzy mixture.

This cocktail has a deliciously sweet taste and can be easily made as a non-alcoholic cocktail by substituting more elderflower pressé for the wine.

    Step 1

    Pour one shot of blackcurrant syrup into a wine glass. Fill the glass halfway with white wine, then top with elderflower pressé. Serve as quickly as possible for full fizzy effect. Best chilled.
