it works wonders!
Somtimes I feel so out of it, I can't even focus. That's when I brew up a magic potion to clear the brain fog. The main ingredient is peppermint tea, peppermint has been proven to stimulate the brain waves...

  • Step 1

    Boil the water in the kettle.

  • Step 2

    get the cup ready: place two or three teabags, a dash of almond extract and honey inside.

  • Step 3

    pour the water in, let it steep for ten minutes...

  • Step 4

    drink and enjoy! then get back on track...

I do basically the same thing, but instead of peppermint tea I use green tea, and I add half a drop of peppermint oil. (I put the drop in a spoon and let that fall in the boiling water.)It's quite good, and helps prevent "cotton mouth" when I'm singing. AMAZING.
