something I threw together for my bf today--he loved it so I thought I share

start with washing the potatoes
[I keep the skins on] and slice the potatoes

grease a dish
and put down a layer of potatoes, put a layer of cheese on top
then another layer of potatoes
then pour salsa
then another layer of potato
the add some salsa and cheese on top of that
then a last layer of potatoe

srry guys I frgot to add
turn the oven on at 400 degrees and bake for 30 mins
