  Step 1

  Here is a picture of the book.

• 

  Step 2

  The pattern: Please print(hard paper works best), then cut on the red lines and fold on the black

• 

  Step 3

  Then color so it's all pretty

• 

  Step 4

  Fold and insert all the tabs together except for these two

• 

  Step 5

  Like so

• 

  Step 6

  Side(ish) view

• 

  Step 7

  Cut a bunch of small strips of paper that will fit into the dispenser and glue the ends together

• 

  Step 8

  Write cute ideas for daily life on them. Separate with dotted lines

• 

  Step 9

  Wrap them in a tight circle around a pencil

• 

  Step 10

  Put in the box like so

• 

  Step 11

  Push in the left flap

• 

  Step 12

  Then fold the paper down

• 

  Step 13

  And last the left goes in

• Step 14

  Now you're done so dispense ideas through out the world

You could make this really quick if you use the little boxes scrapbooking tape comes in. All you would have to do is color box and insert ideas.
