Here is a picture of the book.

The pattern: Please print(hard paper works best), then cut on the red lines and fold on the black

Then color so it's all pretty

Fold and insert all the tabs together except for these two

Cut a bunch of small strips of paper that will fit into the dispenser and glue the ends together

Write cute ideas for daily life on them. Separate with dotted lines

Wrap them in a tight circle around a pencil

Put in the box like so

Push in the left flap

Then fold the paper down

And last the left goes in

Now you're done so dispense ideas through out the world
