  1. Step 1

    Soak the porcini for half an hour in warm water. Squeeze dry and them chop together with the parsley and garlic. Stir in the walnuts.

  2. Step 2

    Warm the butter in a small pan, add the mixture, and stir until warm and fragrant.


  3. Step 3

    Spoon onto the little pieces of toast and enjoy.
