You Will Need

Step 1First, get yer materials;
Modpodge
Two posicle sticks with the ends cut off
Paper
Ribbon
Charm (optional)
Hot glue + hot glue gun -
Step 2Cut a slip of paper a bit bigger than the popsicle stick.

Step 3Draw your design on the paper.

Step 4Hot glue the paper to the posicle stick.

Step 5Wrap and hot glue the paper sides hanging off of the stick to the back.

Step 6Your stick SHOULD look like this.

Step 7Hot glue some ribbon to the back.

Step 8Using the other popsicle stick, sandwhich the ribbon between the paper covered and plain stick with hot glue.

Step 9Cut the ribbon to the desired length. Thread the ribbon through the top of a charm.

Step 10Tie the ribbon around the hook, cut off the access ribbon, and dab some hot glue on the knot to bond it better.

Step 11Mod podge the book mark. This will make it glossy and plasticy. Let it dry, and your book mark is done!
