  1. Step 1

In a saucepan add your 2 tablespoons of butter. ( i can't actually remember how many grams it was supposed to be so i do two scoops of butter and if any more is needed add to taste)

  2. Step 2

Add the marshmallows (I just use the whole bag of Haribo marshmellows, but it's up to you because some people don't like it to sweet and some people love it sweet, so i would say buy 2 bags just incase and add to taste)

Then melt the butter and marshmallows together until it's smooth.

Also adding vanilla sugar in to the mixture is nice as well.

  3. Step 3

In a big bowl spray with a non stick oil then add your popcorn.

(I usually just use a microwave popcorn usually salted or sometimes the already salted popcorn in a bag if i have no microwave popcorn left. But obviously you can pop your own popcorn on a popcorn machine.

  4. Step 4

Stir the popcorn and marshmallow mixture together til everything is evenly covered.

  5. Step 5

Either get cup-cake cases and set them out or get sheet of greaseproof paper and lay it out.

Then either spray your hands with non stick oil or spray a spoon with non stick oil and put wanted amount of mixture into the cupcake cases or greaseproof paper, if doing the greaseproof paper then rolling the popcorn into balls would be the better option.

  6. Step 6

Let them set for about 15 minutes and enjoy!
