You Will Need

Step 1
First, take a handful of tabs and paint the smooth side with nail poish, and wait for it to dry
I used 8 ( I have a small wrist,) and I used a teal-ish nailpolish

Step 2
Next, leave an inch or two of ribbon at the end and weave the ribbon (I used a ribbon with wire in the sides to make it easier :] ) up a hole and down the next, up the next and down the next etc.

Step 3
Then, use the ends and tie and doubl knotted bow, and cut off the excess ribbon.
