I made this after I discovered the LollyChops blog just a few days ago (my new fav thing ever!!).
I had always wondered about crewel embroidery and when I saw her cute birdie design I just had to give it a go.
Mixed it up with applique (used felt) to save time and add texture + colour.

All made in soft fluffy polar fleece for maximum snuggles.

Thank you LollyChops for the great designs! I love it - even if Pooky (that's Smoochies the kitty) is less than impressed with my efforts!
