Step 1Place the pomegranate seeds in the bottom of your glass and muddle.

Step 2Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, squeeze in the juice from the lemon and chopped apple slices.

Step 3Shake really well to break up the apple and then strain into your glass.

Step 4Top with tonic water and serve.
