how to make pom poms
I make tulle wands. I find a easy way to make pom pom with out getting a pom pom maker. you can all so use it with yarn for you caps.

first you going to need poster borad,scissors and a pen or marker.

draw two nice donuts on posterborad and then cut them out.

Put the two donuts togather and get a very long sring of tulle or yarn and start warping in and out of the donuts hole and side like picture untill it done all the way around. the more you use the thick the pom pom with be.

get your good handy scissors and start to cut between donuts all the way around untill it look like a pom pom

take a yarn or long tulle and but it between the donuts and warp around and

tie a knot

now just pull of donuts one by one

then just cut long piceses off

now you got that perfect pom pom for a perfect wand.
