For this skirt I took two squares of fabric, cut circles in them for my waist, then sewed them onto an elastic band. I loves it :)
It was kind of hard for me to make, but then again I'm sewing-machinedly challenged, so for more experienced people it should be super easy to make.

Not sure what that is (haha I'm so inexperienced), but all I did was while I was sewing the fabric to the elastic, was stretch the elastic out so it created a ruffly effect. And I'm glad you like it!
