a really simple way to spruce up a plain wall
This DIY is more of an idea than an actual tutorial, just because it's that simple.
You Will Need

Step 1Start off by measuring your wall or surface and figuring out how many polka dots you want to include. You can either do a whole wall of dots or just use them to frame a photo or something.

Step 2Trace the same size circles on your scrapbook paper and cut them out.

Step 3Space the dots evenly along the wall and tape them in place. You can include just one color or rotate a couple of different ones.
