Step 1Apply a base coat and when dry, paint your nails with two coats of the white polish, using the brush from the bottle. Allow to dry completely.

Step 2Using a large dotting tool dipped in the yellow polish, dot four large polka dots down the middle of each nail.

Step 3Using a medium dotting tool, dipped in the blue polish, dot six medium polka dots on either side of the row of yellow dots on each nail.

Step 4Using a small dotting tool, dipped in the red polish, dot a row of tiny red dots on both outer edges of each of your nails. Finish the design by placing a tiny red dot in the middle of each large yellow one and allow to dry. Once all the dots have completely dried, seal the design with top coat.
