Spruce up an ordinary hat!
Here you have an easy way to spruce up an inexpensive hat. Perfect for the cold weather this season!

You Will Need

Step 1Trace polka dots on contact paper that vary in size. We used a quarter for the perfect circle.

Step 2Use an Exacto knife to cut out the circles.

Step 3Stick the contact paper to the hat.

Step 4Coat the hat with Simply Spray Stencil Paint. We used Silver Glimmer. Flip over and repeat steps 3 & 4 on the other side.
