1. 

   first, take a string and tie it into a small circle.

2. 

   next, cut up a bunch or smaller pieces.

3. 

   tie the smaller pieces around the circle.

4. 

   next, take a long string that will fit you as a necklace and string it through the circle. tie the two ends together.

5. 

   tah-dah!!!
