Step by Step.

1. Paint top nail color red near halfway point.
(I suggest you wait for it to dry before applying black!)
2. Paint a black thin line (NOT TOO THIN!) across your nail.
(Again I suggest you wait for the black to dry before applying white!)
3. Paint rest of the nail white and wait for dry.
4. Once all dried, you put a mini dot in the center of the black.

Done! (=
