Get wordy with some poetry magnets.

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    Use a typewriter, or printer, to type out your words. Make sure to get lot's of descriptive and interesting words. You could even add friend's names.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Cover the paper in sticky back plastic and cut out each of the words.


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Stick the words on to magnets strips.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    Cut out each of the words and stick on your fridge.

Great idea! I'm going to try it by using one of the many magazines I've saved for recycled projects and will use packing tape over the words. Thanks for having such an awesome site filled with so much crafty goodness!

I am making these right now, and they are really nice. This way I can make sentences like: Simba (our dog) is a dog, or: Henk (my father) is a hamster. It is really personalised.

I found a good tactic, just cut out a whole line, paste it on the magnet strip, then cut between the words.
