Remove the pocket from old jeans.
Remove the old yarn that is not used.
Cut with fabric scissor as the preferred form of patterned fabric.

Sewing patterned fabric with a sewing machine on one of the old pocket. Then put another pocket and zipper, sew with a sewing machine.

You can add the rope to the handle from another piece of old jeans.
