  1. Step 1

in a large bowl, put the yoghurt, oil, salt, sugar and egg's white.saperate the egg yolk to brush the dough later.add flour one by one and make a smooth dough.

  2. Step 2

in another plate crumble the cheese,
chop the parsley.this is our filling material.

  3. Step 3

then, divide the dough into two.roll out one of them.it will be approx. 20-25 cm(two handspans) long and 15 cm.(1 handspan) wide, rectangle.(sorry for not taking a picture,i will as soon as i can.)

  4. Step 4

put the cheese and parsley in the dough and fold the sides over the cheese.repeat the step 3-4 for the other dough.put them in an oily oven tray.(you can make these steps in the tray too, because it may be difficult to put them in the tray when filled with cheese and parsley.)

  5. Step 5

brush the doughs with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame or black seed or what ever you want over them.

  6. Step 6

put them in the oven. 180 C turbo for 20 minutes or till you get the color in the picture.after cooled, you may slice.

    have fun...
