Fold your card like an accordion (see the picture)
Squeze the center so you get a bow shape -

Glue the center (the squezed)

Don't forget to glue the backside!

Squeze again so it sticks

Cut a ribbon and glue it to the center

Voila!
you can make this into a hair clip, a brooch, a pendant, up 2 you!
