Description

One of many play food items i have made for my girls to use in their play kitchen instead of plastic play food.

Instructions

  1. Small 12207

    Cut out the shapes you see in this image.

  2. Small 12211

    Use the wool to stitch 'seeds' onto the two pieces of red fabric.

  3. Small 12212

    Pin the green fabric to one piece of red fabric right sides facing and sew in place using your sewing machine or by hand. Do the same with the other side then sew the top together leaving a small opening.

  4. Small 12213

    Pull the watermelon right sides out through the small opening and press.

  5. Small 12214

    Stuff with hobbyfil or scraps and sew the opening closed.

    Enjoy your watermelon!
