I needed a Barie necklace for a party, so I made one. It's fast and cheap - I only used what I already had in home.
page of thin plastic came was acover of my old notebook, I used nail scissors and nail polish, also a nail file. Took me 15 minutes to do it and another 15 minutes to dry it. Then I made some holes and put a small chain through them.
People like it very much, I had to make 3 more the next day ;) I also had it on during photoshoot

1. sketch whatever you want to have as a necklace on the plastic with a pencil or something
2. Cut it off carefully then pile away disparities
3. Paint it with nail polish
4. make holes to put a chain through
5 Voila!
