  Step 1

  take any plastic bottle... but a big size.. water bottle size..

• 

  Step 2

  cut it out....

• 

  Step 3

  it will twist and turn itself wen u start giving heat to it.... you can also use lighter... to giv any shape...
  if you use the lighter then try giving heat on the inner side it will giv u a better shape..

• 

  Step 4

  twisted it like i wont it

• 

  Step 5

  put some nail polish on it....you can try different colors

Just a suggestion - if for some reason it does scratch yur wrist, you can take ribbon, fold it in half the hotdog bun way and press it with an iron so it'll fit perfectly over the edge, then glue it on.

i love this idea..only thing..is burning plastic is toxic. lol..so its really bad to breathe that in..but its still a unique idea (:
