First,take your pair of scissors and cut your plastic bag into wide strips...fold it about three times..now take your pencil and your folded plastic and roll the plastic on the pencil and twist as you roll it....then glue the end with your glue gun and design it(you can use the black glue stick to design i used white).....now finally when the glue dries take the pencil off the bead and voila!!!!your bead is done!!!!
