This pizza base is very easy to make .
It Tastes really good & makes your house smell amazing.
You can put any topping on that you like.
The amount of dough is very substantial & goes a long way depending on how thick you like your pizza.

You Will Need

Step 1Combine yeast & water in a bowl.
Set aside for 5 mins.

Step 2Add 2 1/2 cups flour to yeast mix.
Mix til combined.

Step 3Add 2 1/2 cups of flour & salt to mixture.
Mix til dough comes together into a smooth dough.

Step 4Place into an oiled bowl & cover with cling film.
Set aside to rise. Approx 1 hr.

Step 5Once well risen hand kneed to remove the air.

Step 6Roll or press out to fit the tray.
Set aside for 15 mins.

Step 7Add the sauce & leave a border for the crust.

Step 8Add the additional toppings.

Step 9Place in pre heated oven 200 degrees for 25 mins or until cooked.

Step 10Remove from oven & cut & serve hot.
