Pink And Black Lace Headband

  • Completed Project: Pink And Black Lace Headband Picture #1

Fun and glam!!!

I love pink and black together, so as soon as i so the cover of the SATC movie book i knew i had to go with them.
I didnt take pics of the process coz i wasnt reallysure of what i was going to do, and i dont have another headband i dont like to do it again, so i'm using a diferent one just to simulate the steps.

  1. Step 1

I choose pink and black for this project, but i think i'll look good and almost anycontrasting colors you choose.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

Carefuly remove the fabric that covers your headband to take the pattern and cut out the pink fabric.

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

If you headband doesnt have a fabric cover, draw the pattern rolling the headband on a piece of paper.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

Cut the pink fabric leaving an extra half and inch on each side.(Imagine the green fabric is actually pink, i run out of it). Wrap the headband with the fabric using the glue gun. It's easier starting from the middle, at least for me.

  5. Step 5

    Step 5

(Now imagine this headband is covered with pink fabric). Pin one end of the lace at one end of the headband and start wraping the headband with it. You might take your time to make it look evenlly.

  6. Step 6

When your happy about how the lace looks like, stich it side to the pink fabric.
    And that's it!.
