Step 1After the base on your eyelid, apply the first layer of white eyeshadow or any white base (Nyx Jumbo "Milk").
On the eyebrow I used an adhesive silver lace. -
Step 2Add pastel pink on top of your white base

Step 3Add purple eyeshadow above the upper eyelid & some in the corner

Step 4Add turquoise eyeshadow under your eyebrow

Step 5Add silver eyeshadow on your bottom eyelid

Step 6Use blue eyeliner (I used Lime Crime "Blue Milk")

Step 7Use Black eyeliner under the blue one

Step 8Use black eyeliner to draw few more lines as in the picture, blue pencil on your inner bottom eyelid & use blue eyeliner as mascara for your bottom eyelashes.

Step 9Add false eyelashes & few pearls as in the picture

Step 10Decorate your eyes as you like. I added more black pearls and some white between 2 black lines.

Step 11With blue eyeliner draw with free hand as in the picture

Step 12Add few more adhesive lace on the bottom & your look is ready!!!
