A no bake sweet treat
I don’t know why, but I get the urge to bake when it’s really hot. And then I fight with myself, because I don’t want to turn on the oven and heat up the house. So I started looking for no bake recipes and came across a couple for pineapple pies. Here’s the version I made from those recipes. There's a copy of the recipe for you attached.

First take a block of softened cream cheese and mix it with the granulated sugar. It’s important to let the cream cheese soften so it mixes well.

btw, this is how my mom always made cheesecakes, just the sugar, cream cheese, and whipped cream. i found another way to kick it up a notch by adding a packet of that powdered Swiss Mocha drink mix. i never would have thought of making another version by adding some pineapple, and now i am thinking of all kinds of possibilities! yay! thanks for sharing!
