First take a piece of ribbon
& the lace about 9 inches long & u can either glue or sew together (i used hot glue gun) make it a little curvey (u can use a pencil or the edge of the table) while u put them together so it doesnt get stiff (if u use hot glue make sure to apply an inch at time so it doesnt dry) -
glue the ends together.

sew the button, i added a little glue so it holds in place.

glue the hair clip, let it cool.
