You need to firstly put two holes in a bottle cap, I used a skewer.
Now put elastic throught the holes, so it looks a bit like a ring.
Try it on your finger so that it is the right size.
Now tie it into a knot.
Next you need to make the cushion. Roll some polystryene into a ball and put the in the middle of your piece of fabric. The fabric has to be 1cm bigger all the way around than the bottle cap.
Sew this up and sick into your bottle cap using hot glue.
I then got a different fabric and stuck it down in a strip to make it look cute!
Et voilla, now go and be the goddess/god of sewing!
