I took a shoulder pat and cut it in a cirkel. You can also use a bra cup

then cut fabric like the picuter. The rounds are the same size but there's 1 cm extra for the seam.

I first print out an eight. And cut it out white fake leather.

I glue'd it on the round fabric with hobbyglue, just to get it in to place and it stay'd there while sewing.

I used paternpaper to sew it on.

sew the two halves together but leave a bit open like the picture

now sew the two round together with the wright sides together.

turn inside out

put the shoulder pad in.

I put it in like a harmonica so it would unfould inside the hat.

now make sure the shoulder pad is in the littlelest corners

sew by hand the hole closed.

now sew on some clips and i sewed allso some tulle on it.

you can put it on with the tulle on the front...

or on the back
