Simple shirt or kid's dress. versatile. frm a pillowcase.
Saw these on a charity site and decided to try to make variations. Very versatile, simple project. Makes adorable dresses for little ones. Play with the straps and see how many different ways you can wear it.I'd love to see different versions!

  • Step 1

Rip bottom seam out of pillowcase
No picture (you should be able to figure it out.)

  • Step 2

Mark your armholes with tailors chalk..or whatever you want.I used a highligter. Mark it while you hold the case against you, hemmed side up. (if you mark one side and fold in half, works just the same.)Then cut them out VERY NEATLY if you dont want to do some sewing.

  • Step 3

Put a ribbon through both parts of the hem you just cut open and tie. All thats left is for you to decide how to wear it!
