Pigs In A Blanket

My Mom used to make these all the time when I was a kid and it was one of my favorites for lunch. It is quick and easy to make.

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    Cut the hot dogs horizontally almost all the way through, but not quite.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Slice or tear each piece of cheese into 4 strips for each slice and put them in the center of the hotdogs.


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Add mustard to the center of the hotdogs.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    Flatten out a biscuits and wrap it around the hotdog.


  5. Step 5

    Step 5

    Pinch the edges of the biscuit "blanket" shut and bake according to the directions on the biscuit package.
