I got my frames at walmart for under a dollar, the dollar store has some good ones too. Then I added ribbon, buttons, puff paint, and other embellishments. They came out looking really good. :)

You should go to Ikea if you have one near you and buy either multiples of one color or a couple different sizes and it'd work nice too!
