This is actually a combination of 2 patterns I liked. The "based on" link shows how to make the necklace but I replaced the flower portion with this flower pattern: http://skamama.blogspot.com/2006/06/picot-flower.html (If you are wondering how it fastens, there is a crochet loop behind the flower that you pull the vines through.)
