Pesto chicken
This is a quick & easy to make dinner.
The sauce tastes brilliant with the pasta.

You Will Need

Step 1Pour the pesto over the chicken.
Allow to marinate for at least 2 hrs.

Step 2Heat the oven 200 degrees.
Cook the chicken for 15-20 mins on one side.
Turn & cook until cooked through. Approx 15-20 mins.

Step 3Slice the mozzarella.
Place on top of the chicken.

Step 4Cook for approx 5 more mins until cheese has melted.

Step 5Serve with pasta.
