Use these to push push in your corkboard!!

Those Thumbtacks are to boring for my DIY corkboard. So I wanted to Spruce them up a bit. And remember, you don't have to use buttons and a binder clip like I do, use whatever you want to serve as your pushpin on your corkboard :)

Instructions

You Will Need

Project Cost
Almost Nothing

  1. Step 1 1

First you need the things that you want to glue on your plain flat head pushpins.

  2. Step 2 2

Cut the shank (the loop thingy) off with a pair of scissors or wire cutters. Here I use scissors because the button was made of plastic.

  3. Step 3 3

Then glue you thumbtack onto the button with hot glue. Make sure to enclose the pushpin with glue so it cannot come lose.

  4. Step 4 4

For the binder clip. Take your clip, your pushpin and your glue. And what do you get when you fuse all of that together?

  5. Step 5 5

A new multifuncional pushpin!! Hope you try this out, it's so simple and it really makes you corkboard look nicer :P
